The pool area was nice. The apartment was spacious.

Please note, that there were only sheets to sleep with, we found some blankets in a cupboard, they were stained and we asked for some clean blankets, but we were told the were not intended for use in summer. The bunkbed had no guard, so our kid could not sleep in it. One had to sleep on the couch. And only a table for 2 at the terrasse. Pool was nice, but it is not for kids, you can’t have any watertoys or googles og jump, just swim. The lifeguard watches every move. There are no sunchairs, you have to bring your own (this apartment provides only 2) and we were 5 people. The general state of this apartment is run down, see pictures, inside and outside, other apartments in the building looks much nicer maintained. You will receive a lot of written information on this apartment and a lot of rules that are followed by what penalty you will get if you don’t follow it. Area is ok, with groceries and bakery walking distance.

Das einzige was uns gefallen hat ,war die Außenanlage.Sauberer Pool mit Bademeister und sehr gepflegte Grünanlage. Pool darf man nur bis 19:30 Uhr nutzen und Kinder dürfen nur schwimmen.Kein springen und laut Hausordnung(die sehr lang ist) auch kein Ball spielen. Für ältere Leute gedacht-->Bademeister hat uns drauf hingewiesen.Lest bitte die negative Bewertungen!!!

Man wird überhäuft mit e-mails,Nachrichten und Hausordnungen die man einzuhalten hat (versteht sich von selbst) ansonsten Geldstrafen. Das hat nix mit Urlaub zutun. Wohnung war nicht sauber,Knoblauchgeruch beim öffnen der Wohnung. Spinnenweben,Klobürste war in der Toilette versenkt,Staubgewischt war auch nicht.Hab erstmal durchgewischt beim check-in.Ein Backofen den man nicht nutzen kann(sehr dreckig) ,Essen vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Couch in Küche/Wohnzimmerbereich sehr alt und schmuddelig. Die Decken im Kleiderschrank darf man nicht nutzen. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und Bettlaken gegen Aufpreis ,bei Verlust darf man pro Handtuch an die 50€ zahlen(laut Hausordnung).Beim Check-Out die Handtücher abfotografieren für Putzfirma .Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Ist man bis 10Uhr nicht ausgecheckt, droht man mit Strafe zahlen.Ehrlich,ich fand es unfassbar.

Sauberen pool vorhanden und Zugang zum Balkon von allen Zimmern, sowie sichere Tiefgarage mit Einzelgarage extra zum abschließen.

Es war nicht richtig sauber, spinnenweben überall auch direkt an den Türen, die älter schienen. In Schränken noch essen vom Vorgänger, Balkon nicht gereinigt. Bettdecken voller klebriger Flecken. Handtücher und Bettbezug extra zu bezahlen.

I had to leave earlier so I don't have opinion about the room because unfortunately we had to cancel our visit. BUT first time I have very bad customer experience with this company. Every mail is information about penalties - this is their favourite word. Also, first time the pillowcases and linens weren't included in room price. This policy is something which makes me feel like suspected person. Once again - this is only opinions about the renting company. Maybe the local itself is good.
