Francesco est un hôte de grande classe et très disponible. La chambre et la salle de bain sont de qualité et le quartier est sympathique.

Sehr schöne große Räume in einem alten Palazzo am Rande des Innenstadtringes (innerhalb der alten Stadttore). Extrem netter Vermieter, der sich um alles kümmert und sehr gute Hinweise gibt. Wohnung (Zimmer und Bäder) ist in hervorragendem Zustand und wirkt frisch renoviert. Sehr gute Restaurants (wirklich zu empfehlen: Vicolo Colombini, Vamolino) in nächster Nähe. Sehr nette, lebendige Bar (Frühstückscafe) unten im gleichen Haus mit dem zu erwartenden fantastischen Kaffee und leckeren belegten Croissants. Sehr schön, ruhig und zentral gelegen. In 20 Minuten konnte man in die Innenstadt von Bologna laufen (immer geradeaus zur Piazza Maggiore). Allerdings ist der ÖPNV (Busse) nicht so gut, so dass man auch laufen muss.

Nichts. Bologna ist eine sehr angenehme Stadt zum Besichtigen (für das ich nur zu wenig Zeit hatte) und zum Leben. Das Quartier würde ich immer wieder nehmen. Selten in einem BnB so wohl gefühlt!

פרנצסקו אירח אותנו בצורה מדהימה! התעניין לשלומנו וחיכה לנו עם חיוך ענק קיבלנו חדר גדול פונה אל הרחוב אך בקומה גבוהה (יש מעלית!!) החשכה מוחלטת של החדר, מקלחת גדולה מוארת ונעימה. דירה נקייה מאוד! המון פינוקים שהתמלאו כל יומיים מיטה נוחה מאוד ובאמת נהננו מכל רגע ומהמיקום כמה דקות מהמרכז אך בשכונה ממש שקטה וקרובה להכל.

הדבר היחיד היחיד שניתן לומר הוא שהייתי שמחה לדלת כניסה לחדר אחרת שכן אם יש מישהו במסדרון שומעים אותו בבירור. זה הפריע לי רק פעם אחת ולכן זה לא שינה את הציון שלי למקום ולפרנצסקו שהוא פשוט 10!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We were given a warm welcome by the owner Francesco who also gave us lots of useful information, he also kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was fabulous with city views, was very well appointed and beautifully furnished. The fridge was full of complimentary drinks and snacks which we appreciated very much. The property is well situated, just a pleasant 10 min walk to the centre square. There are some excellent restaurants nearby and a small friendly cafe underneath the rooms for breakfast. We would love to stay again and will be recommending to our friends.

Can't think of anything - which is a first for me....

Francesco, the host, was fantastic, best host I have had with any booking. He was so generous with his time and effort to make us welcome to his property and his city. The rooms were also exceptionally clean and the little extras like the snacks and drinks were much appreciated.

Almost impossible to say anything negative. If you book the room with the external private bathroom just be aware it is a short 3-4m walk between the rooms. It's worth it for such a lovely bathroom though.

De zorg en flexibiliteit van de eigenaar. Alle drankjes en snacks die klaar stonden en een heerlijke fles Prosecco. Alles was superschoon en goed uitgerust. We vlogen pas einde middag en konden de kamer tot vertrek gebruiken. Super service! Het is geen boutique hotel achtige setting, maar een plek doe duidelijk met zorg en aandacht wordt uitgebaat.
