Francesco is a fantastic host —kind, helpful, and always smiling! He gave us great local tips and even helped with restaurant reservations. The hotel was spotless, quiet, and super comfy. We truly felt at home. One of the best places to stay in Bologna!

A great place to stay and a fabulous location with cafés and local bars near by but close enough to all the wonderful restaurants Bologna has to offer. The room was immaculately clean and was very light and airy - great snacks and drinks too (all free!) Francesco was a great host recommending some great family run restaurants offering excellent local food! A fabulous stay

The room was beautiful and exceptionally comfortable/clean and the location was perfect. The room was always well stocked. The area was not noisy at night and there were many amenities close by.

Everything was perfect! There was nothing we didn’t like.

To be honest was everything as we booked, only thing that we have was reserved the room without bathroom attached to the room but with the private bathroom outside the room was super comfortable too so nothing to add bad in this place.

Cannot fault this apartment at all. Perfect location within minutes of beautiful restaurants, shops, piazzas and tourist locations. Francesco was the perfect host giving us a tour of the apartment, recommendations for restaurants and things to do on our two nights in Bologna and booking us a taxi when we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment itself was really beautiful with everything you would ever need including plenty of towels, toiletries, kettle/coffee machine and mini fridge and easy to use heating/aircon. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Bologna.

We loved our stay here and we couldn't have asked for more! Located near the center but in a very quiet part, it was the perfect location to relax after exploring Bologna. Francesco had so many good tips for us. Thank!!

Francesco is honestly the best host we've ever had, so helpful, kind and genuine. The place itself is comfortable, airy and modern and spotless. Shower and bathroom were great. Location is ideal for the old centre, only 5 mins walk to Piazza Maggiore. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Bologna.

Amazing property and excellent location for exploring Bologna. Room was spotless. Francesco was a fantatsic host and extremely helpful. We loved the extras like the prosecco, soft drinks and snacks as well as the toiletries. Beds were very comfortable, towels lovely and fluffy and lovely hot water also. Couldn't ask for more.
