Casa del Norte - quiet, cozy & fantastic location!

Location was, as advertised, very convenient

Very hot in late Summer, with no fans supplied. Also, a very noisy street at night, so sleep was disrupted.

Casa del Norte - quiet, cozy & fantastic location: it's a wrong title. This appartment is in the same conditions that it was 50 year's before it really need to be restaured. The older smelling, the poor state of cleaness. Even if the locations on San Sebastian are very expensive in general, this one has a very bad ratio quality/price.

The location was excellent. The facilities were good. The beds were very comfortable

There was a blocked shower drain. It was a bit tired and there was a bit of confusion about how many bedrooms there were.

The location mas excellent, access to all the historic town centre, and the viewing from the windows astonishing.

The traffic and the parking is terrible. A really bad oddisey when you travel by car. Never again.

The apartment is very spacious and has an excellent location with seaside, old town and modern town nearby. The location could not be more perfect. Beds are comfortable.

The apartment was quite dirty and in need for some renovation (e.g. window frames not closing well). Appliances in the kitchen such as the coffee machine were old and dishes in the cupboards were not clean. The living room does not have dark curtains so it gets very bright in the morning for the people who sleep in the sofa bed.

Brilliant location, close by to the old town but still quiet in the evenings/at night. Nice to see the sea at the end of the road from the window.
