We had a lovely stay here! We were welcomed by the lovely Khadija who was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, the staff were equally as friendly Amin, Abdelsamad and Sana. Location was great in the medina but on the edge of Fez El Bali.

Nothing. It was lovely. Wish the pool was heated so we could enjoy it.

small groups (must be very well to do clientele befitting the level of the riad) was quite noisy on day 2 of our stay. Anyway, they were having fun gathering so we accepted it.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable,and the music is loud.Previous clients had mentioned the same complaints, yet nothing happened. They need to send the hotel parking location as the one they have is confusing and difficult to reach the hotel.

Le riad est très bien aménagé et décoré. Il se situe dans la médina, à proximité immédiate de la porte Boujloud. La chambre supérieure est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était frais. Vos demandes particulières sont toutes prises en compte. Son plus grand atout reste le personnel. Qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit exceptionnel
