"We had a few hiccups but overall enjoyed our stay at las Brisas."

The management was wonderful, very helpful and easy to communicate with. On site parking was extremely convenient.

There was no bedding for the sofa bed even though the property said it was equipped for up to 7 people (which includes the sofa bed). We saw a mouse inside the main area of the home the last evening of our stay.

"The property is located right on the beach and about 5 minutes from anything else you may need. The malecon is about a 3"

The property had the best view of the beach! It was very safe and quiet. Mannys is about 4 houses down and they do have live music all day. We loved it and didn’t mind the noise. If you were inside the house you really couldn’t hear anything. The rooms are a nice size and there are 3 full bathrooms with showers. The property manager Omar was great and always a call away.

There was no hot water (not sure if it was just us not turning on the hot water correctly). But honestly after a Long Beach day we preferred the cold water vs hot. We had an issue where one of the cooling units was leaking water and drenched our bed but the property manager sent someone right away to fix it and sent us new bedding etc. Overall it was taken care of in a timely manner.
