No staff in there to assist us. We left and did not stay in there. I need a refund. Be sure to specify if it’s a hotel or just residential. I was expecting a hotel with 24 hours service.

location ok for ppl that are not staying in manila but they just need to sleep before their next flight

Completely lack of communication If you arrive earlier at the hotel you will find literally nobody there for u. They are saying to call them when you arrive but they don’t answer (+ the number is philippines so you also have to pay). I had to call booking.com to have them replying me (paying again for an international call)
