There was a lift in the building

- The key collection location was a dirty old premier shop with the most rude and uncomfortable service I've ever seen. Strangers walking in the shop and taking shock without paying, cashier not batting an eye. Appalling customer service, very rude and curt. Really uncomfortable for two young women as felt very seedy. The cashier had no clue if the location we were given was correct and kept demanding to see our email confirmation. Saying we were wrong. - The actual location of the buildings address was wrong and completely confusing, with no photos of the exterior the address given was the middle of a intersection so had to wonder around looking for the building and then trying to find the entrance as it's not labelled or has any indication of where to go. - The lady in the helpline kept hanging up and when answered sighed like we were the problem and gave no real help at all. - When we did get inside the building once we got into the elevator a worker stopped us from going to our room and asked why we were there, his foot in the door so we couldn't go up or get out, and demanded to know which floor and room and where we'd booked. -The room had lots of marks all over, which after giving a hefty deposit is not at all comforting, so we had to document every scratch and mark we could find before we could even get comfortable. - The WiFi was horrendous - The list of "house rules" basically stated we couldn't have any interaction at all at the location and should only use it to sleep - The pull out bed; not much of a bed. It's a. Sofa couch which had not been cleaned in a long time. Once pulled out there were crumbs and dirt all over it. We had to find a hoover and clean it out selves. The bedding left for the couch didn't fit so we couldn't even put a sheet over the dirt and dust.
