"Excellent with a couple improvements"

True to the pictures this is a small two bedroom, one living room, old house that has been tastefully updated. Spacious showers with excellent lighting and bright white tile. kitchen was all new in full working order, with Keurig coffee machine and toaster oven. the original doors give it charm.

A few modifications- neither room had a dresser to put your clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The toilet seat in the queen bedroom needed repair as it was loose on the bolts and slid a bit. The kitchen scissors had jam on them from the previous guests and I had to clean them to use them. It's an oversight, but when you charge a mandatory $150 cleaning fee - everything needs to be clean. Everything else was excellent, and we would stay there again.

Location was perfect for our stay. For an even at the convention center only 7 minutes away! House was as pictured and very nice!

The coming and going we had between games sometimes we didn’t have a parking spot out front due to the excellent bakery and coffee shop across the street. Back parking is available but was over grown and doesn’t really look like a parking spot to park in for the ABNB. So we left it empty and parked down the road and moved our car later at night when coffee shop closed.
