Chic East Side 1BR Apt with Balcony, Pool, and Gym

The location was great!

After 3 nights, we were notified at noon to leave the rental by 3 pm. due to some noise that was being made! The only complaint that we were told was we were walking too loud? The other complaint was that the music was too loud but no music was being played! We had reserved 9 nights at this place, and I have asked the owner for a refund on the unspent nights having no response! I would not recommend staying at this place at all! I feel like I was scammed by the owner!

Bett war sehr unbequem hier wurde an der falschen Stelle gespart Parkplatz war nicht ganz einfach zu finden (mit mehr als 2 Stunden Kostenloser Parkoption) - ein Plan wäre hilfreich gewesen

Location, location, location. It had everything I needed for a full two week stay.

Honestly there isn’t anything I can think of.

I’ve stayed at many apartments and this one is way above average. Very well stocked with paper products, detergent, etc. Very good communication. Entire building uses Latch App to access doors, so you must be comfortable with smartphone access - we found it to be easy (you don’t need to choose the specific door - just open the app and hold against lock). Grocery store and Starbucks across the street. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. It was a pleasure to be there.
