"Mit wenig Aufwand schnell großes Geld machen."

Die Lage im "Alten Hafen" war hervorragend. Die großen Fenster machten die Räume hell.

Die Küchenausstattung ist miserabel (geklebte Teekanne, 3 Abendbrotteller u.s.w.). Die Stoffbezüge des Sofas und des Sessels sind verdreckt, trotz mehrmaligen Anschreibens des Eigentümers der Wohnung durch die Vermietungsgesellschaft. Die Türstopper (kleine Sandsäckchen) sind schon so alt, dass der Staubfilm nicht mehr abgeht.

Perfekte Lage, sehr nette Betreuung, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft.

Das einzige was man beanstanden kann, ist dass zu wenig Messer vorhanden waren. Brötchen mit Fischmessern zu schmieren ist nich der Renner.
