Efficient communication with owner, no-fuss obtaining/returning keys. Very well appointed kitchen. House spacious, clean and quiet cul-de-sac location.

This is very nitpicky and in no way spoiled our holiday or enjoyment of the house, but more space to hang towels to dry and different colours for different guests so everyone knows which is theirs would be helpful.

Everything, immaculately clean, well equipped, attractive, comfortable, great value, quiet, fab house and location.

Need a standard lamp in lounge please.

The House met all that we needed to Have a Lovely Time.

Well presented and very well equipped home, close to amenities and supermarkets, and a short walk from the beach. Comfortably coped with 5 adults with good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good parking.

Everything was great - although the tin opener was a bit of a struggle 😄

The accommodation was clean, tidy and the host Gary was great, very responsive. The beds were comfy and the facilities were all good. It was a good place to base ourselves as we explored the Isle of Wight. Sandown the seaside town is looking a little run down these days though. We would recommend this accommodation.
