The showering is very strong and easy to adjust temperature.

Beautifully presented exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Loved the blinds at the windows very contemporary.

Noise from neighbours which is not the property fault. Noise from main road but again we had read and knew about this and brought ear plugs. It was very light in the bedrooms and we would have preferred curtains as well as blinds.

Very high end refurbishment. Fittings and fixtures were good quality. Entrance is very welcoming and coat and hat stand etc a nice touch. Easy check in and out and right on the edge of town. Good parking right outside the apartment.

Could do with another small table in the lounge but not a lot to dislike.

The apartment is is spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We used for a visit to the Royal Cornwall Show, it proved to be an ideal location, approx half an hour away from the show ground. A supermarket is close by and the apartment is in walking distance to Bodmin’s shops, restaurants and pubs. Whilst our stay was two nights the apartment is equally suited to an extended stay, full cooker, freezer etc. Parking is directly outside the property.

Clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped flat. Ideal location in Bodmin to base ourselves for our Cornwall adventure.

Superbly clean and very well presented all mod cons and appliances

You could hear the apartment upstairs walking about and talking

Lovely flat close to the town centre. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Found the car park slot on the second attempt, quite easy to miss the gateway to the close. We had a really lovely 4 days there.

There was nothing not to like.
