Lovely surroundings, beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean , towels not included ( except at small extra cost), but not charged as didn’t receive the email advising of this due to late booking, site manager who lives on site responded extremely quickly providing us with towels despite having just left us, having welcomed us on site at just before 8pm, light on for our arrival , checked we were happy and provided brief advice inc location of info file, small tea, coffee welcome pack

Nothing other than towel issue which was quickly rectified, hair dryer would have been useful but other than that perfect !
