Property Notes

The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must check in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are under age, they will not be allowed to check in and they will forfeit their payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who checks in. No exceptions. Late check ins are not permitted during the spring or the Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check in before 5PM CT. Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicle. Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates. Construction Update: Repair work is ongoing at the south end of complex through August/Sept. You may notice some noise (8am-5pm weekdays), scaffolding, and equipment on-site. Little to no disruption at this condo. Beach access remains open, and the pool is available. The most disruptive portions of the project have already been completed, and rates are discounted through October. Please feel free to call or email us for the latest updates before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"This place was not worth the money."

Location was great.

Our condo was not worth what we payed. The shower curtain would not stay up. Also, there was a cleaning fee but, when we arrived there was sand everywhere. So I don’t feel like the condos are being cleaned and, we still had to pay for cleaning.
