She double booked us and she told us when we had arrived at location without any explanation....I tried to communicate with her the whole week but was not available...I was disappointed because we had no place to sleep we came from far and we were stranded and struggling...Booking.com really disappointed us

A hospitality pack of coffee, tea and sigar should have been supplied similar to hotels, guest rooms etc. There are no shops nearby to buy same.
