BACCO D'ORO Wine & Relais

Beautiful old place, renovated with modern details in a charming location. Everything in it, from halls, rooms, winery in basement to a restorant is telling you a story. Charming yard in front. Dinner was excellent with homemade pasta and fine wine. Breakfast was very good, from cereals, croissants, fruits, bread , jam butter... Very clean and big room, with everything you need in there. Hotel staff is ecpecially worth of mentioning, they made us feel very welcomed. They made effort for our two years old child from food to having fun in hotel. Thank you Martina and thanks to your staff! Family hotel where you actually feel like part of their family.

Nothing to complain about.

We traveled in a big car with two dogs.. and everything from the very first request we put on Booking went smoothly. Martina is brilliant!! She stayed in touch, had heated our room beforehand and gave us the warmest welcome - such that we forgot about the atrocious weather we had travelled through. Wine tasting and the food were fantastic. The apartment we stayed in was ideal for us. We’ve fallen in love with the place and hope to be back. Would like to stay for a few days in better weather and explore the beautiful surroundings of Valpolicella country

We were received very warmly, in a family atmosphere. Diverse and special dinner and breakfast.

The host, Martina was absolutely helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and lovely, whilst the breakfast is amazing :)

The stay at Bacco d'oro was absolutely fantastic. Delicious food and wine, comfortable and spacious rooms, picturesque surroundings. The staff is very nice and caring. In one word, a perfect holiday 😊

The place is very nice designed and very comfortable , Breakfast is rich and the coffee is the bet as in Italy. The team is very welcoming and friendly .

The setting and atmosphere, pleasant staff and amazing food and wine.

Amazing big old house that gives you the feel of living in the suburbs. This is managed by a lady called Martina ( very kind and lovely) that took over this after 3 generations of her family. Beautiful garden, amazing breakfast ( the best I had in Italy) and big spacious rooms. You have the traditional rooms and the other side is renovated and is more modern.

Amazing view and greenery location! Martina the owner made the experience even tons better with great hospitality and welcoming! The breakfast was super, fresh!, and just what we were looking for from that experience. Would definitely come back!

Only the WiFi might be a bit tricky but we didn’t care much as the place itself would push you to connect with nature rather than Internet (it’s not too bad though!)

Hospitality and service. Martina made us feel part of the family. No ask was too big. We had a very relaxing stay without comprimising on comfort and convenience. Bacco D'oro is clearly the pride and joy of Martina and her family. It shows in everything they do and the stories shared. The apartment was great; air-conditioning, a big comfy bed, spacious. We appreciate the daily cleaning service. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is the cellar was a great extra with excellent service once again. The property itself, it's garden and the views!

The WIFI wasn't always great. But this was only a bother because we were working remotely for a few days. It is on a main road so going for a walk with the dog isn't really possible outside the apartment.
