Bonne organisation pour la remise de clés etc personnel très flexible et accueillant. L'appartement est très charmant et bien décoré. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison.

A cosy place in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main attractions. A very convenient location; the flat is fully equipped and has everything you need. The bath with a view is a real bonus.

There was a slight issue with the check-in process because I tried to get in touch and was passed from one person to another.

J’ai réservé un apparemment 2 pièces pour des invités. Tout était parfait. Personnel Propreté Équipement Emplacement au top. Je recommande les appartements de la société BALIMA. Ils sont sérieux et leur service est excellent.

Il n’y a malheureusement pas d’ascenseur.

"Great location"

Great location very close to man train station and short walk to the Medina. Spacious room with little kitchenette. Comfy bed! Brahim was so lovely and was in contact the day before to check on time of arrival and was there when I arrived. Provided a quick check in. Was available via WhatsApp’s for any questions and replied very quickly!

Very poor drainage in the shower. It was completely flooded after only a few minutes. However this is a common issue in Morocco but this took quite a while to drain so had to turn off the shower every few minutes while washing hair. There is a light just outside the main door which does not turn off. And above the door is a glass panel above the front door, which meant the room was not full dark, making it very hard to fall asleep. No WiFi password or details were provided so unsure if this place has WiFi!
