GBWorst place I stayed in manila. The ad was misleading and the host did not respond to my needs or questions at all. I was told the place had a kitchen but in reality, there were no kitchen space. The bed was a s hard as the flor and nothing done to help. I try chatting with the host as I had a bad back and nothing. Booking.com as a service provider was also no use. They did not care about my wellbeing and offered no solution. Since the place was booked and non refundable, I had very little assistance and had to endure a painful stay with misleading descriptions and unhelpful staff. Please do not stay here unless you have all your needs sorted before booking. Make sure you like hard floor as you will be sleeping on one.
