"very relaxing and enjoyed the sunshine."

very easy getting into the property with the key safe,not far from the pool and the pool bar, close to beach and bars and restaurants.

there was pick pockets,muggings and a young man was stabbed,so you had to be very aware of your surroundings.

Podobała sie wielkość apartamentu, cieply basen, lokalizacja.

Nie podobało mi sie to ze apartament jest mocno zużyty, odpadające płytki, ciężko codziennie drzwi przesuwne, które prawie niemożliwe jest zamknąć. Papieru toaletowego mało, workowy na śmieci mało, tabletek do zmywarki mało, wszystko trzeba dokupić. Apartament wymaga remontu. Kanapy do wymiany, poplamione, podarte.

Prioritetą paprastai skiriu objektams, kurie nėra valdomi privataus asmens. Tačiau jei objektą valdo profesionalūs administratoriai, tai buvo įsitikinta, kad jei ir kils kokie nesusipratimai, jie bus išspręsti operatyviai. Objekto administratoriaus Tenerife Rental & Sales įvairaus profilio specialistų komanda įtikino, kad jie veikia operatyviai, profesionaliai. Pagarba! Problema dėl vandens šildymo įrenginio gedimo buvo pašalinta greičiau nei galima buvo tikėtis. Senas vandens šildytuvas pakeistas nauju labai greitai, tvarkingai, profesionaliai. Puiki vieta!

Apartamentų išplanavimas nepatiko. Nemažai erdvės, bet dalis neišnaudojama. Tik vienas miegamasis pakankamo dydžio. Terasoje reikėtų atlikti atnaujinimo darbus, demontuoti nereikalingus, neveikiančius įrenginius.

La posizione

Poche pentole ,pentole troppo piccole e senza colapasta c’era solo un piccolo colino , la luce al terrazzo non funzionante,lo scaldino troppo piccolo per 6 persone ci dovevamo lavare a turno
