Padre Island Town home 5 min to the beach! pets ok

Great location close to White Cap beach. Spacious. Laundry room and kitchen are nice. The living room is a great area and the Televisions were good.

There were ants in the bedroom downstairs. The outside furniture was damaged. There's no divider in the backyard. The bathroom downstairs could use some TLC.

Um ganz ehrlich zu sein, eigentlich nichts. Würde ich persönlich nicht mehr buchen!

Da wäre zuerst die Kakerlake 🪳 zu erwähnen die wir als erstes gefunden haben. Dann weiter zu den Möbeln die sehr instabil und abgewohnt wirkten. Die Toilettenspülung die den Anschein erweckte als würde diese gleich übergehen wenn man sie betätigt. Wir mussten zuerst Reinigungstücher besorgen um den Boden zu wischen und Duftspray besorgen um den modrigen Geruch zu übertünchen!

Location was excellent, we were close to everything that we wanted to do.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago we absolutely loved the place. We had to clean the place when we arrived, sand all over the floors and the couch. To make things worse the stickers were on the floor and some were in the cushions of the couch. Nothing worse than a 4 year old screaming because she either stepped on one or sat on one, stickers are painful. Pots and pans need updating and better selection needed to cook for a family. Went to cook on the grill one evening, propane was out. Was told someone would take care of ASAP then told they couldn't do anything until the next morning. As a result we had to go to a restaurant to eat.

Loved all the extras here. Beach towels, extra cleaning supplies, plenty of dishes, even laundry supplies and coffee. They made it easy to travel light. The AC was cold and the shower was hot with great water pressure. It was a great location for stuff in Port Aransas and mainland Corpus Christi with plenty of great eats nearby.

Needs a. Curtain over the back door window. Also, instructions on how to recycle, what is recycled in CC.

It was close to the beaches and right off the main road which is nice for travelers who are unfamiliar with the area.

For the cost of three days, it felt overly priced considering it was not in the best condition and was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the couch was dirty with human hair covering it. Our bedroom also had human hair and what seemed like dog here in it. Almost as if the sheets wernt washed. There was a hole behind the bathroom door and parts of the stair case were broken off. Also it states to contact the property facility for further information on the use of their grill. There also also pictures of a grill being advertised in the back yard. But when contacted, we were told there wasn’t one.

This property was super clean, spacious, and in a great area! Everything was advertised according to the listing. The staff was super responsive if we had questions during our stay! We would return again.

They advertised a grill but it recently broke so it was no longer available. We had planned meals with a grill but made it work without!
