Casa Vacanze La Verderosa 2 - a due passi dal lago

Casa spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ottima posizione in centro a Marta, con possibilità di raggiungere il lungolago in pochi passi. Nessun problema a trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle strade dietro alla struttura (soggiorno effettuato a metà luglio). Colazione inclusa in un bar vista lago di fronte al portone di casa (e anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene). Host gentile e disponibile.

La doccia è un po’ scomoda, “disagio” comunque chiaro al momento della prenotazione.

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Great location right in town. The best bed we have slept in Italy. The owner was very helpful with all our questions.

The shower in the toilet area is not what we are used to but the rest of the apartment was so nice that we made do with it.

I literally loved this place! Right in the historical centre of Marta, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Check in was super easy, the place itself was very clean and comfy. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped to cook meals, the bedroom was nice and comfy and the bathroom was spotless clean with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Although I didn't meet the host, she was the most gentle and comunicative, really supportive of any need. Will definitely go back.

The only slight downside is the shower in the bathroom. The shower space is shared with the toilet, there is only a shower curtain going around to avoid spashing, but the water doesn't drain fast enough so there is a risk to flood the whole bathroom, which stayed wet for much longer after. Having more mats and rags would probably offer a good workaround.

Very comfortable flat well equipped and thoughtfully organised for every need. Characterful building and brand new fittings.

Clean and really well equipped apartment. Free coffee and tea was a big plus arriving late evening. 🙂 Great view on the street so we could park the car opposite.

A bit old electricity so cannot use many assets same time.

Although the building is ancient, everything in the flat is brand new. The communication with the host is superb. The location is perfect - a few steps away from the lake, the main square and all the attractions this little town has to offer. We made a booking the last minute for a sleep-over during our road trip and spent a really good time both in the flat and the town. In the morning we took a short walk to uphill (5 min from the house really) for a beautiful view of the lake and its surroundings, and we also took a nice promenade walk along the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!
