No intimation to the Caretaker about our arrival. We had to wait for our keys for more than 30 minutes Inability of the Caretaker to communicate. He could not understand any language other than Telugu. The taps were not working properly and the basins were not clean Absence of Customer centricity of the host Location not convenient. Gates/entry roads to the Building were closed after 11 pm Unsuitable as a Service Apartment to ensure comfort and convenience to guests

Lot of mosquitoes...easily around 100 on each person's head...everytime anyone travels in the lift up and down,you feel you can get dengue bcoz of mosquitoes...whole house keeps leaking....zero maintenance and in the bathroom one can easily peep inside from far and see like a full cinema...inspite of repeated requests,still they don't care...worst part is the cleanliness and the watchman people... housekeeping only done on 1st day and you are pressurized to pay the entire money on day 1 itself so that they can escape maintaining for rest of the days of your stay...apart from that the behaviour of watchman is very bad...he sees women in a very bad manner as though like swallowing them and has never seen an women in his life...last thing is lot of money wastes as it is in an off location... definitely not a good one for more than 1 or 2 days...guys, these are my honest reviews...upto ones interest to book or not

There is no distrubance, we can feel like our home

We stayed 2 weeks just they cleaned floor only single day also they dint cloned washroom and water was not good it's bad smell. 2 washing machines for whole building. I felt cost also more for this.
