Sea La Vie - Holiday Home

Everything was more than perfect, the house is spacious, beautifully arranged, a large kitchen, with all the dishes you need, a beautiful yard, we really felt at home. The landlady is very kind. If I could give a score of 20, I would give 20. We enjoyed the Sea la Vie home, I would like to go back there😊

Albion's convenient location enabled us to drive to most attractions and places. Sea la Vide, the place where we stayed was quite relaxing and we enjoyed spending the time outside the house, just relaxing in the verandah. The was a convenience store and supermarket within 8 minutes drive, Cafe and pizzeria. Alain, the host, was so resourceful and helped us very well from before we arrived, checked on us during our stay and took care of every need. The place is so equipped I doubt any family will need anything more.

very quiet, good place, clean, nice hosts. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is easy to go to the most beautiful places on the island.

The reviews on this site were all positive and therefore we were very surprised when we found the house had not been cleaned (there was urine on the toilet seat, the fridge was filthy and had not been wiped out and old food removed, the bathrooms were a disgrace etc etc). It did not look like the photos on the internet and we were very disappointed.

It was not clean. We could not use showers because they were filthy with mould, hair and scum. One bed was made with torn and dirty linen. Too many things did not work (basin tap needed replacing, no gas, no hot water, power points did not work, kitchen light did not work) These are just some examples. This information was sent to Juliana but she has not responded.

Juliana is an excellent host who truly cares about traveler's need, communication has been exceptional throughout, easy check in, spacious parking, the apartment is spotless and modern. The location is close to most of the attractions in the south island.

The house was beautiful! It had the perfect exotic feeling we were looking for.

The garden was big and the kids were able to play freely. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook almost any kind of meal.

Spacious house, kitchen fully equipped with everything one might need during a stay. A/C in all the rooms. Great host, made sure we were not missing anything . A lot of storage space in all the rooms. Excellent communication for check-in/out and during our stay. Nice neighborhood. Super large veranda, useful for rainy days.

As the house is close to a main road, would advise to bring some ear plugs for sleeping, if you are a light sleeper. During the night it's mostly quiet, but after 6-7 a.m. there is a lot of traffic and it will most probably wake you up.

Spacious house, well equipped, with a large veranda and a garden from which you can see the ocean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you have a car at your disposal, you can reach the store and the beach in a few minutes. In general, a super place as a base for exploring the island. The host - Juliana, is very friendly and communicative. Quickly responds to any inquiries. Highly recommended!
