I like environment because sea view...

Hmmm...I stay 3days 2night...I cannot sleep properly because always noisy same like someone remove furniture or something like that from 12am-3.30am..have table pool but if want ball must pay deposit...before check in also already pay deposit...many2 rules...tv no have Netflix...tv in master bedroom cannot see anything...all hbasin stuck...please provide slipper...change trash because so dirty inside...no washing machine 😔...plastic also limited...pillow not comfortable...wc toilet bowl have stain inside my daughter don't want use in bedroom...please improve 🙏

Ada game dan meja pool jadi anak-anak ada aktiviti.

Perlu ada mesin basuh. SUSAH sikit kalau perlu stay lama. Keta kecil x boleh bawa banyak baju. Habis masa cuti dekat dobi je. Xda microwave.

Aircon and chilled no cool

De grote van het appartement was goed. Ruime opzet en kamers.

Helaas is onderhoud wel een groot punt. Veel stuk en versleten. Ergste is de luchtkwaliteit omdat de airco's slecht onderhouden worden. Tv meubel hangt scheef waardoor de laden openblijven staan. Regendouche werkt in sommige badkamers niet. Geen wc borstel houder in een badkamer dus deze lag los op de grond. Gordijnen die stuk zijn inclusief vitrages. Pooltafel wat ook al stuk is. Vieze bank met allerlei donkere vuil vlekken. Een afval stortkoker wat op slot zit en niet gebruikt kan worden. Slechte schoonmaak, ik heb een baby van 1 jaar wat kruipt en die was na een kwartiertje kruipen gewoon zwart op de benen. Rest van de hygiëne/schoonmaak laat te wensen over.

This is my personal view. When we enter the kitchen smell bad, and noticed the cleaners only put the garbage in the foyer. In the living room, there is no carpet. Also we have baby 2 years old, the floor a-bit slippery. The larger bed room also smell. When we want to checkout, have to wait lift around 20 minutes during peak hours. Also the checkout time is 11am not 12pm. But overall still ok.

Limited lift access, messy check-out process, and long wait times for the lift just to travel down to the car park at level 4. The mail room was far from the block where we stayed. We had to walk a distance to retrieve and return the access card and blue chip. Unit D3204 was not ready, and it was messy and smelly when we reached . The second unit, D2204, was similar until we moved to the last unit, D2104. There was a lack of large trash bins for both units , making it difficult to empty rubbish from the units. The car park at level 4 was dark.

maybe check out time need to be long maybe 12.30am or 1.00pm because lift queue is worse
