They offer a switch on the 2nd day but only between 11-12 which I wasn’t able to. I did request after 2 pm but they ignore the message.

The bad communication. The shower is leaking, the house is very sticky, not enough of toilet paper, bedsheet have stain, kitchen towel dirty, kattle is not clean, table was sticky and flimsy, there is old towel on the balcony, toilet is smelly and etc

saya dh beberapa kali booking tempat ni bila ke setia alam dkt unit yg sama. selesa katil besar .. complete semua nya..

mungkin boleh sediakan kopi 3in1 sikit.. mesin basuh? hahaha apa apa pun happy stay kat sini

Very bad bed condition and bed sheet have a blood .2 bed inside 2 bed also no good mattress mid side go down. Very bad experience . I made a mistake i am paying first.thats why we live only 2 nights .
