Gorgeous 1-bed Apartment in Newark on-Trent by Renzo, Free Parking, Sleeps 4!

Property was very clean and comfy. Good Parking and great location to work. Quiet

** UPDATED REVIEW 14/4** When Paul stayed here there was a leak in the roof which during a rainstorm caused water to come through onto his bed and blow the electrics. I have now received an email from the Company Director to assure me that the works have now been completed so we are aware for any future bookings. Unfortunately my previous comments about customer service being very poor still stands. Not only was the leak a known issue prior to booking, and we were not made aware of it, when Paul called the emergency number at 10pm he was told just to move the bed against the wall away from the water pouring through the ceiling. We were not kept in the loop at all during this issue and it was not taken seriously. We cancelled all future stays as we were not given any idea of when the matter would be resolved despite us spending just shy of £1000 on stays for 3 more weeks. Like I said I have now been told the leak has been fixed in a massive roof repair and my feedback of poor customer service has now been taken on board, hopefully this means other guests will have a good stay. Paul had a good stay otherwise and this was his final night at the property.

Perfect for our needs just the right size for us. We were able to arrange an early check In and a late check out and the videos were really helpful

I loved it my husband would have liked the telly to have free view channels instead of streaming box sets however I didn’t mind. I would have liked a dust pan and brush as I was worried about leaving a mess on the floor.

Everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathroom was perfect. Bed was was comfortable. Parking was no problem Location was ideal. Would stay again.

Although it sleeps 4, there was only seating for 2 in the living area. 2 Friends called in to see us and had no where to sit.
