Mareva et Hubert réservent à leurs hôtes un accueil chaleureux. Chez eux, on se sent parfaitement bien. De plus, la localisation de l'hébergement permet d'être en lien direct avec la population locale, ce qui est très appréciable.

L'obligation d'avoir un véhicule, mais c'est un peu le cas dans la majeure partie de l'île.

Tout était top! Des hôtes super qui n’hésitent pas une seconde à vous mettre à l’aise et faire partager leurs savoirs et culture Nous avons adoré passer du temps avec eux

La pension n’est pas tout prêt des « activités phares » il faut un scooter ou voiture (voiture mieux pour monter chez eux mais se fait aussi en scooter) Mais revenir dans la pension le soir avec les bruits de nature sont si reposant …

Super accueil, les hotes sont vraiment gentils. Logement parfait, propre et confortable.

I spent two amazing weeks at Mareva and Hubert's nature, organic, authentic paradise. They are incredibly warm and lovely people who would just make your Polynesian stay real, because they just love their land and know how to introduce it to others. An know how to respect privacy. The key words there for me were simplicity and resourcing. It's not your fancy hotel, but everything was clean, comfortable, and works well, from internet to hot water, ceiling fans, freely accessible kitchen and mosquito prevention! I loved living outside so much (kitchen and shower are open to the outdoors), eating fresh produce and eggs from the garden each day, and enjoying my little private patio on the back. Amazing sunrise views of Tahiti from just above the house, and this side of the island is best if you want to have a more local experience (and some small nice beaches and snorkeling place 2-5 kms away). Scooter rental just down the road. If you want a nature yet comfortable experience, down-to-earth and away from the tourist spots, this is your place Mauruuru 🙏♥️

As I said, it's not your place if you look for something more luxurious or impersonally fancy.

Great place to stay and the owner, Hubert was very friendly and accommodating with anything needed.

Great little place to stay at. Very friendly and welcoming.

Location is quite a ways off from the main parts of the island and without any public transport option to speak of difficult to get around unless you hire a car or scooter. The road to the property gets a bit steep and not a proper road towards the end, so may be difficult to navigate.
