Easy check in and check out procedure. Lovely location very close to the metro. Place was very comfortable, good amenities and had everything we needed. The local guide sent to us was very helpful.
It would have been an extra bonus to have the house manual printed out as a copy in the house in addition to receiving it electronically as there was quite a lot of information and this would have made things easier.

The property was in a fantastic location close to the beach and park, also ocean road where all the restaurants are so everything is only a short walk away.

In cooler weather the apartment was chilly, and the provided documentation makes very clear that you may be charged if you bump the thermostat above 21C. Could have used some more airing out before we arrived, but that issue resolved shortly.

I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!
