1BR Condo beside Abreeza Mall, Davao City with 200 mbps WI-FI speed

The Property's location is excellent, especially when your errands are nearby. The mall just beside the place is a plus point, where you can easily go when you need something.

While I generally like the property, I encountered some unpleasant experiences. The blanket and pillowcase had a strong, saliva-like odor, making them unappealing and uncomfortable to use. Consequently, I chose not to use them during my stay. I hope this review will be forwarded directly to the owner so they can address these issues and prevent future guests from facing similar problems. My intention is not to harm their reputation, but rather to offer constructive feedback. Other minor concerns were less noticeable and did not significantly detract from my overall impression.

Our Mother of Perpetual Church was across the street. The mall is next door and also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Complete on things if want to cook ,drink coffee use chicken things it's all there
