Central Stellenbosch Home (4 bed, pool & inverter)

The house is in a really central location and has a well equipped kitchen, with a lovely entertainment area. The host is also easily contactable and very helpful.

We stayed in summer and although there were really great fans, aircons would just make the stay that much more comfortable.

Stunning property in a beautiful location. Very roomy, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Lovely outdoor area, peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Nothing!

What a perfect spot, super large, easily up to 8 adults could stay here. Kitchen with literally everything you need. Pool is large and clean. Very safe with a gate. And most of all a very helpful owner. The best experience ever. If you’re looking for a place to stay with a family (or two), book this one!

Nothing I can think off

Lovely spacious home with everything you could need - plenty of space for dining inside and out and the pool was fantastic for the kids . We travelled with our two dogs as well so the enclosed garden was perfect with enough lawn for them to explore and run around.

The only negative was the cleanliness and general care of the home. For example: The fridges and washing machine were far from clean and in fact the fridge was collecting water inside the vegetable drawer and shelf above making everything wet - the little water outlet was blocked with black gunk that the condensation had nowhere to go. The dishwasher bottom shelf wheels kept falling off the tracks - something was wrong/broken - so it made packing and unpacking tricky. It had lights flashing for the salt and rinser to be added from when we got there. Some of the crockery, tupperware and cutlery had to be cleaned before we could use them. There were bins filled with rubbish spilling out the bags round the corner from the pool when we arrived that was attracting flies and smelling. Also we had to personally unclog the compacted pool weir basket that looked like it has never been cleaned so that the pool cleaner could actually clean the pool properly. Might be useful to have a cleaning service/cleaner come through every few days just to vacuum, empty bins and do bathrooms.

Great first impression when you walk in. The brai area by the pool was so pleasant to spend the evenings at.

It suited two families travelling independently with cars perfectly - but would not work so well without transportation.

Our family stayed here for a wedding. It felt like our home away from home.. perfect for a group! We appreciate the responsiveness of the host, and how he checked in with us during our stay. Thank you Wesley, we will surely be back!
