It was advertised to have a kitchen but disappointingly there was no stove. My family prepared ingredients but couldn't cook, and had to go to bed hungry. I contacted the Admin but my request was ignored. No help provided, so not recommended

The Admin was slow to respond, only responded after 2 hours of inquiry. Not showing professionalism, not very helpful though. Bed is worn out, grill rusty and not easy to lock/unlock. The parking security lock was worn out too, compromising safety. It's very, very disappointing. Not recommended

Cleanliness is good

There was no stove but the ad in booking.com says it's provided. My family brought ingredients for the night, but had to go hungry throughout the night. Very disappointing.

Good location- walking distance to setia city mall… The room is fairly clean.

Not being informed that the pool is under maintenance… my children are very disappointed. Furthermore the playground not well maintained

Decoration and special thing is cradle inside room.

Shower plug is loose and chair is broken.
