Ocean view 1 bed on 19th floor Miami

great location, right on the beach. The condo is spacious and we loved the large patio - was nice to have a breakfast there. thanks for the dish soap and all the utensils. WiFi was very good, 2 smartTVs. Price was good but I do not think I will come back.

Unfortunately, my list is pretty long and most of these issues can be addressed by the owner: 1) it was really disgusting they put the dirty stained blanket _facing_ the bed sheet - like what the heck?? See my picture. You should always enclose the blanket with two clean sheets and have a bed cover. All 3 days I was disgusted to touch it. 2) 4 super thin towels were provided for 3 of us for 3 days - not nearly enough considering it is a beach vacation. Cheap quality too. they were always wet all 3 days and you cannot call someone to have more like in a hotel. 3) no body wash or shower gel - really? we arrived late and what am I supposed to do, go shopping? would you like that if it was you? do not think so. They did provide shampoo but again not enough for 3 people for 3 days. No paper towels in kitchen or hand towels. Since this condo comes with kitchen, please provide basics as they are expected 4) Vallet is so odd - you can drop the car in the lobby BUT you have to pick it up from a parking garage on a 2nd floor. EVEN if you leave with luggage - saw a poor lady trying to hall a bunch of begs via elevator and when walking to the parking garage, lots of door on your way. And you pay a pretty penny for that. 5) you get only 2 chairs at the beach. There were 3 of us, so what you are supposed to do? sit on the sand? Also oddly they would give you 2 tiny towels that barely cover the chair. Only on our last day they were handing proper chair towels. And you have to hand them your card that they keep until you return towels and still expect tips? Never seen this before and we stayed at many resorts 6) please stop Spamming your guests every day asking to extend your stay, one time was enough

The apartment wasn’t ready for me until 6PM (2 hours later!) and it was not clean enough. If you charge for late check out does it means that I can get compensation for late check in?
