Location : location has a distance from town. This can be check before confirm on booking. But if your activities mainly in town this is location won't be ideal. Room cleanliness : room is not maintain at all, first attempt to on aircon it is not working, then switch to few mode finally get it on. surprisingly the air blow from aircon give a moldy scene. One of friend with dust allergic immediately triggered her sinus. we open the door try to improve air ventilation , to our disappointment it doesn't help. We walk to receptionist counter would like to approach change of room, we could not found anyone. Just leave a TV keep playing KTV song louds. i waited 15 mins & keep calling, still no one appear. That was 8.30pm. we suffered the entire night with moldy aircon which not working in midnight, we have manual set the again. Toilet: wet & dry are not separated, washing sink water get leaked. Room's curtain is dusty. Bed: i can only rate the bed cleanliness & comfortable to 3 out of 10. Wifi: properties mentioned WIFI provided , this refer to the reception area. All room no WIFI. this is something owner can improve immediately. Breakfast: finally this is something decent thing we see here. not fancy but at least it comes with sunny side up , and bakes beans and self service toast. surrounded landscape: beautiful & much more well maintained than our room. we paid RM550++ for this room for pax, This is too too over price for this standard. I wont agree to come even if price slash to half. I hope owner would seriously consider to take some action to improve.

It will be better if they can provided facility like coffee or tea inside each room.

The chalets are very well maintained and clean.

No variety to the breakfast served. It would have better to serve different breakfast menu daily.

Big compound. Animals freely run around. But the animals were much lesser compared to years ago.
