There were roaches in our room. The floor was sticky with water leaking from somewhere. There were nail clippers and file from the customer before us.

The mattress was to small for the bed frame & needed to be replaced. We had a horrible night's sleep. I paid much more for the room than advertised. When I questioned the clerk if they were charging me a pet fee I was told that's cost.

The staff was rude and questioned me about an unprepared room that was given to us upon check in and the rooms smelled like cigarettes.

Our room wasn’t super clean. There were dust bunnies on the floor. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, not even hand soap for the sink.

We had issues getting the door to lock and the door did not seal all the way around. The manager did come fix the lock.
