La Casetta. Feel at home.

La struttura è molto curata e raffinata; è dotata di ogni comfort, non manca niente. Pulitissima e accogliente, è stato un piacere soggiornare. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

La Casetta e veramente ospitale: arredata con gusto e cura ai particolari. Non manca nulla per un soggiorno di più giorni (noi eravamo di passaggio ma torneremo volentieri per rimanerci qualche giorno in più).

Very central, a true authentic experience! Very well appointed. I couldn't ask for anything more! Very highly recommended!

Practical (you get a code for accessing the property, don't need to wait for the host all instructions are very clear and hosts are very supportive), comfortable and well equipped (many little details made us feel like being at home). The location is optimal both for remaining in town and fort getting out of town quickly

Maybe just two small details: the neighbourhood may be noisy early morning and late evening but it's part of being close to the centre. Finding a parking spot may require some patience after 5pm (but a common issue in that location)

The home was charming and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with good pans and cooking utensils, as well as some very nice olive oil and other essentials. I personally really appreciated it! I am a past chef and usually cook at home. The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens and blankets. There were nice views of the valley. The pigeon cooing outside even reminded me of my cat. The location was wonderful for me. It's in the older part of town, very near the center plaza. I was able to walk almost everywhere I needed to go. The supermarket is also just down the street. With a wonderful gelato shop across the street from it. Luca and Mara were available for questions, and very helpful! I'm very happy to have met them. I look forward to my next visit to Castelfidardo already!

There really wasn't much to not like for me. You do have 3 floors, so there are a lot of steps, and the description is pretty clear about it. Not a problem for me. I missed having a couch or comfy chair every now and then, but not a lot. There isn't a parking spot always right by the apartment, but it was pretty easy to park at the supermarket, as well as a few other spots fairly close.

Everything was perfect. Luca and Mara are excellent hosts. They were available for every question we had. Breakfast was also terrific. If we ever come back to Castelfidardo, we will stay again in this beautiful house.

Great central location and super comfortable

The place is beautiful! Very good location, sweetest design, with so much attention to details. Very nice hosts, were available for any question. Keep in mind that this is a private tiny house of three floors so you will be constantly going up and down the stairs. adds a nice touch though.

Breakfast was in a nearby pastry - excellent opportunity to observe the local villagers; breakfast was excellent. The house has everything you need; and just about in the ancient center of town. This is fine little house, with up to date facilities (felt like it had just been renovated). Free parking spaces for a rental car were 50-100 meters away.

There were three floors with small rooms and steep staircases. Outside there was a public metal bench in front of the house - nice to sit in the sun, but quite some cars coming by. We had no live interaction with the owners, but they were responsive when needed; in Italian, but translations made communications very doable.
