The view is nice if you go out to the tiny balcony and look to the right which is where that gorgeous picture of the sea is from. The bed was comfortable. The Representative who gave me the keys was very kind and helpful. There was ample parking. The roof top is accessible and has spectacular views of the surroundings.

Property Management company "Stay Ici" demands a $200 Euro cash "security/damage" deposit from you upon arrival & they just shove it in folder & walk out with it, saying not to worry, it will come back when you leave! This seemed extremely shady to me & I honestly worried I wouldn't see that cash again as they gave me NO receipt & I had no idea who these people really were! A professional company would have accepted a credit card pre-hold for a security deposit. I called Booking.com saying I didn't want to hand over this cash but they said I had to because its mentioned in the bottom of the listing where it is NOT obvious...I asked why cant I just give a credit card then? No acceptable answer. The entire contents of this apartment wasn't even worth that deposit. There is a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Furnishings are old and faded, the lighting is poor. The vibe of building is daunting & dark & feels like a giant cement prison, there are no pictures of the building itself & now I know why. ALSO there was NO INTERNET . The rep. I spoke with mentioned this has happened before & thought there is a bigger problem with the internet provider & therefore there was nothing they could do about it! I asked for help with the internet problem to anyone I could think of for the entire stay at this apartment to no avail...they sent an employee on our last night who tried the old unplug/plug back in trick w the modem which didn't work obviously. The listing says there IS internet but it clearly has not had any for a while. I asked for compensation when its obviously a misrepresentation about the amenities promised in the listing & they refused. Booking.com "helpdesk" also refused to compensate me for this & both companies happily took my money in full without even an apology for my compromised stay at this apartment. Very disappointed.

The location and the view to the ocean is amazing.

The view is beautiful, I would never get tired of it. The garden below could do with some TLC, and the building exterior is not the most appealing. The request for a deposit the day before from a random number was unexpected, but this was promptly returned in the days after vacating the property. The staff were amazing and very accommodating with any requests. I was working here a few days , and the WiFi was perfect for this.

The cockroaches, the overflowing shower, the smell of sewage , the water quality, and no air conditioning., the exterior, the overloaded plugs, the outdoor furniture, the worn bed linen, the builders working in the adjacent building. The property was fine for a few days & was ok for what I needed it for & in a decent location, but it definitely would not be my idea of a relaxing holiday escape.

Położenie na szczycie wzgórza więc wszędzie pod górę i daleko ale to nam akurat nie przeszkadzało. Mieszkanie w bloku niezbyt urodziwym. Śmierdzi kanalizą i zdarzył nam się karaluch więc dość słabo. Brak klimy. Albufeira jest super więc i tak tylko tam spaliśmy ale mogłoby być lepiej.
