Lots of tiny cockroaches inside the room . Amenities and the entire room needs refurbishing. Aircon and TV remote not functional.

RUNEVER ever again! Saw this listing on airbnb and found it on booking.com with a discount for the first booking as the listing did not have any reviews here. Booked the unit in October. Received a request to send IDs copies several days after the booking. Asked where to send it as there is no possibility to attach it via booking chat. Did not receive a reply for 2 months. In December asked again - no reply, received a reply on the 3rd attempt. The host ask to send it via email. After sending copies via email the host asked to change the initial unit on the 66th floor to another unit saying that there were cockroaches in the room and they were handling them. I agreed and was provided with another init on the 31st floor… After she provided a new unit number and check in details she stopped replying my emails and calls at all! Once we came into our unit we were shocked how bad it was… it was not possible to regulate temperature of the dirty old A/Cs, cockroaches every where, bad smell, dust everywhere. I called and emailed the host many times asking to change the initial unit. I had to contact booking support also, but they did not manage to contact the host as well. As a result the support could have only refund 15% of the total cost of the booking!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! See the pictures before even thinking to book here.
