Newly decorated to high standard. Sea view from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Very responsive and helpful owner.

The room had clearly been refurbished to a high standard. The fold away bed was extremely comfortable. Located next to Bonanza Square and close to the seafront.

The room is on the 6th floor. If like me you don't like heights the balcony may be a challenge!

all access roads to property were up hill. this wasnt stated at time of booking and i would have reconsidered booking property as we both have back issues.

it wasnt stated clearly enough that large pool was closed until end may. also it wasnt stated that sun loungers had to be booked every morning and pay €4 each. also it wasnt stated that there were ongoing construction works going on in property every week day morning there was considerable noise from 8am, this wasnt ideal for people on holidays and trying to relax. also there was also construction works going on outside that started early every morning.

Studio just as photo and very clean. All new furniture.

We didn’t stay! Benalmádena wasn’t for us - it was so shabby and run down. Very depressing - couldn’t even stay one night - felt so awful! Dirty streets, boarded up shops - drunk man in the road shouting expletives! I didn’t feel safe. The apartment was good but the actual building very old and a bit run down too! Felt like an old block of flats in a city centre. Not for me I’m afraid. Drove on to Tarifa and had a gorgeous apartment there for just a little more money.
