1. Lift service are the worst, we waited almost 40 mins and ended walked by stairs to parking. Same prob the whole 3 days we stayed! 2. Parking far from our tower lift 🙄 3. Cockroachs everywer. 4. Bathroom shower was like broken brush! 5. 3rd room smells awful 6. Washing machine provided but only 1-2 hangers provided. 7. Unit for big group of family, maybe can improve bigger /stronger sofa

Only location

Suppose stated for 7pax but end up only have 5 pax bed. Was told to use sofa bed and additional mattress but.sofa bed sponge too thin and you can even feel the base structure. The additional mattress also very hard and uncomfortable. Aircond not working well especially with such hot weather. After they came for services, even worst. 2nd toilet too small, once turn on shower whole floor even toilet paper and clothes also get wet. Toilet bowl also crack inside, we thought there was frog or rock there. Flee everywhere, keep bothering us even when we sleep. When you make drink, flee keep coming and drop in the cup. TV box not working well with inconsistent internet speed and software error. All bed room mattress very uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinet also start giving problem. Limitted lift, parents waited for 45 min when check out. The rest of us took the staircase from 24th floor. Too many operators without systematic management procedure. Crazy spiral car park. Good luck if you park at top parking floor. We parked at 3rd floor but given us near to block 1A in fact we stay in block 1B. Imagine the walking distance with all the luggage for 3 days 2 night stay. Best part was i have to walk from 24th floor to 3rd floor when check out due to lift congestion and drove to 10th floor pick up and came down to ground floor again with the spiral lane. We chose this due to higher rating and keep pop out in booking apps with nice picture. But seem this is overated property.

Not clean enough, a lot hairs on the floor . Pillow need to change . Second room mattress need to change

The host was very friendly, warm and responsible. Easy to deal with. Very Clear instructions for chkin & chkout. My stay was pleasant. Room & utilities excellent .I really would recommended to others. Location easy to find. Near by main road.

A little bit hard to get into lift as it was on weakened public holiday. Need to wait patiently

The Property is EXEPTIONAL. We've stayed over a hundred properties in Penang over the decades being a local Penangite. It was Home to us, had the best bond within my family and the vibe was something never to ever forget. Property was equipped with all amneities and nessecities. Literally COMPLETE. Fixed up my Playstation, Cooked a few Dishes, AC was perfect, room space was vast and cleanliness was on point. We paid our honours to the property by returning it as Clean as how it was given to us. Make this a home, next round we are to visit. We will probably come with a ornament to offer gratitude! Absutely loved the ease of check in/directories from the Management! KUDOS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely Nothing imperfect

Check in was smooth but I did need to prompt the host and team a few times to get the procedure For other queries e.g. visitor parking charge, available facilities e.g. pool, host was very helpful with the info The pool facility was nice, I'll be bringing my anak2 saudara for my next stay. You could get the infinity pool view too for people who love to get pretty photos. All rooms were very clean and comfy; the sofa in the living room was a bit wonky though, I was afraid to sandar too much 😆 Bathrooms were clean except there was a strange stone (I think) in the 2nd bathroom toilet bowl but worry not it didn't cause any issues with the flushing whatsoever. I think the both shower heads need to be looked at because the water pressure was quite strong to the point it felt sorta sharp and uncomfortable but, really, to me this was just a minor issue. Many many many soft plushies, kids would love them Overall 9/10 - would definitely stay again

I'm not a really good driver so the spiral parking was a challenge to me even though it was only on level 3 but this is my own issue lols
