It was close to my son who is in grad school at USC It was very clean and items were above average . Ex cooking utensils, marble countertops! And my small dog did very well! I was so happy to have him with us!

I love the location and cleaning that was done. The access to laundry.

I didn't like how the bed was broken and the couch was hard and uncomfortable 😖
