Apparemment neuf, bien situé par rapport au village et aux plages. Possibilité de parking gratuit sur place. Bien équipé même si uniquement 4 chaises pour 6. Sous équipé en vaisselle.

Aucun accueil téléphonique. Un numéro mais personne ne répond alors que l'endroit n'est pas évident à trouver. Nous avons voyagé avec un bébé. Le lit bébé qui était un critère de choix nous a été fourni le soir du 2e jour et sans matelas. Sans doute parce que par chance nous en avons parlé à la femme de ménage qui a fait suivre. Mais personne n'a jamais répondu ni à nos messages booking ni au téléphone.

Clean , close to everything

In general the apartments were ok! But, the first day we came, it was saturday, nobody from the staff answered our phone calls, none of the 3 contact numbers that were given answered us! While we had problems with the key, we didnt have parking, and we didn’t have hot water in one of the bathrooms! Just a girl sent us a message saying that she is working, and it is weekend, so nobody was able to help us! Really poor, very poor customer service!

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The toiletries were a wonderful touch as well as the coffee. Everything was clean and wonderful.

The apartment was not ready when we showed up and had to wait. Finding the location was a little difficult as well due to the apartment numbers being difficult to locate.. I didn't realize it, but on the check-in page, there is a YouTube video of how to get to the apartment, so make sure to look for that.

Perfect stay in a very spacios brad new apartement very close to the beautiful old town of Polignano. Perfect communication with the owners. Easy check in/out. Recommend to book the parking because of full streets of cars.

The accommodation is relatively new.

One of the bathrooms smelt musty and drain like... very unpleasant. There are no decent size mugs for hot drinks. No corkscrew. The bed cover was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't heated up or turned on properly when we arrived. The road outside has not been finished.

Wonderful location and the apartment is very well appointed. Lovely decor. Giorgio could not have been nicer nor more accommodating.

The street in front of the property is unfinished. I recommend placing a manual with how to operate the air conditioner and jacuzzi. As well as advise that additional towels, beach towels are not provided.
