"Huge house with plenty of space for our family get together. NOT a beach front property."

7.0

Views from the back of the property. Loads of space downstairs. Parking. Huge entrance hall gives extra play space for 4 and 2 year old.

Came home with a sore head caused by 2 low chandeliers downstairs with sharp spikes protruding from the bottom. Ended up tying balloons to them to avoid the collisions. We were a party of 10; 7 adults and 3 children aged 14, 4 and 2. The only place we could all sit together was around the dining table. The lounge only has seating for 6. The supply of glasses is ridiculous. There are 40 to 50 champagne glasses, but only 5 or 6 for water/squash etc.. No pint glasses, biggest drinking vessel left after the glasses had been taken are coffee mugs. OK, the beer still tastes the same, but surely some thought and common sense could be applied. The property is described as "beach front". By no stretch of the imagination is that correct. The quick route to the beach is via a massive set of steps and footpath with a steep ascent/descent of about 100 feet. If you're young enough and fit enough that may be ok, but with two 70 year olds, a push chair and a four year old the route via the road is the only option taking 15 to 20 minutes.

"Amazing!"

10.0

The holiday let was beyond expectation. Everything was of the highest standard. Amazing. Beautiful views and walks to nearby beach and wooded areas. Our best family get together by far!

Could do with a few more coasters to protect the lovely wooden tables. Just a hint. They did have some!

Perfect location! HUGE beds and wonderful garden

The kitchen bin was very small for a large group, as well as the sink and we had a few electrical issues. Also, the showers were rather small for larger folk...
