Ascensore non ancora funzionante: molti piani da fare con bagagli o anche solo per raggiungere la stanza o la zona piscina (bellissima!)

Great location. Filippo was an amazing host.

This property was beautiful, decorated with simple luxury, with al the comforts necessary, in an exceptional location & run by the most kind & courteous host. Filippo was on top of everything, checking in frequently and made sure we were happy while in Polignano a Mare. The location was in the heart of the historic center. A big bonus feature was the complimentary garage parking that comes with the apartment.

There’s really nothing I didn’t like. If you like to stay in a more quiet area, you may prefer elsewhere. If you want to be within walking distance to everything you want to see and every fabulous restaurant or cute bar, this location is perfect!

Overall the property was fantastic. The location was unbelievable, right in the heart of the historic district. Everything is in walking distance and gives you an authentic feeling of being immersed in the culture. The amenities themselves were first class and the pictures do not do the place justice. Filippo was a very helpful host and was available at all times. It was a truly wonderful stay.

The only con was the construction that was taking place above the apartment. Neither upon booking nor during our stay were we informed of the construction taking place in the apartment above the property. Every morning starting at 7 am, construction would insue with loud hammering and chiseling directly above the bedroom.

Location was amazing, host was super friendly, it was easy to collect the keys and communicate with him. The place is very well decorated, and comfortable!

Price was a bit expensive when compared with other Airbnb's around, but there is nothing else to complain about. The place is exactly what we see in pictures.

Everything about the property is amazing. The location simply cannot be beat. You are literally in the main square and in walking distance to great restaurants, cute shops and fun bars. We loved hearing the church bells throughout the day and looking out the window to see all the people exploring Polignano. One of the best parts is that the famous Lama Monochile beach is just a short stroll from the apartment. We absolutely loved staying here and Filippo was hands down the best host we had on our trip. He is kind, helpful, responsive and accommodating. He met us at the parking garage (huge plus in a town where parking isn't easy to find) and brought us to the apartment. He walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has everything you could want: a gorgeous and spacious bathroom, a dining area, a nice kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and great air conditioning. The apartment is perfect for 2 people but we came with our 17 year old daughter who slept comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room and there was plenty of room for all of us. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. It's not just the perfect location to stay in Polignano but it's a great home base for exploring other parts of Puglia.
