We had a problem in the caravan phoned the company and staff was with us first thing next morning fantastic service

Everything was good no problems with the break

It was a excellent caravan and we will be back there in the summer time.

Location of unit and the lockable decking, the TV is a fab size for a caravan and the kitchen is sticked with what u need to cook clean etc whilst there .

The master bedroom is bit damp and colder than the other rooms for some reason but nothing major.

We liked the layout of the caravan. Sofa/ chairs and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was a decent size. Full size fridge freezer was great for us, as we cooked all of our meals in the van. TV was massive, like being at the cinema! Heating and hot water worked really well and caravan held the heat overnight, which was really good.

We knew beforehand that the TV did not have DVD player. We brought our own, but cables weren't long enough to reach the TV connections, so we made our own make shift shelf! Also, no biggy, we had to retune the TV to get the Freeview channels. It was very hit and miss as to whether the Freeview channels worked. It kept 'glitching' during programmes. Not a massive deal to us, as we mainly watched DVD's, or streamed from my phone. Just a pointer. Key lock box was described as black box in property details, but we arrived late at night during heavy rain and we found it really difficult to locate - until we realised it was actually a white box! I think we may have entertained our neighbours though! We had to sweep the patio ourselves, as it was full of leaves and since we had a small dog, we did not want her walking in leaves from the decking. They were not 'fresh', they were well embedded in the decking, so I don't believe it had been done recently, although, I could be wrong.

Didnt have breakfast , evening meal only ,yes ok, Staff polite friendly no issues. Reception staff polite friendly. Actual holiday site clean tidy no issues.
