Lovely large apartment in a great location. We never saw the host, but she was easily accessible and helpful via WhatsApp.

You could wash clothes, but it was difficult to dry them afterwards. A tumble dryer or just a drying rack would have been a good thing.

We loved the apartment itself, how clean, spacious, and we'll located it was. The checkin procedure was extremely comfortable and the host provided a wealth of information for both the apartment and nearby areas.

I don't think we had any issues with the apartment or the process that we didn't like
