It was great stay over this apartment. Host is very helpful. Helped all the way to extend our stay for 1 more week. He also provided the invoice as we wanted. Apartment is beautiful and clean. Though it is located in construction area but still no disturbance was found. Also bus connectivity is also their to visit centre of Tampere.

Apartment must have washing machine so that one can wash clothes in case of longer stay period. Few more cutleries such as spoon and bowls may be arranged for use. Otherwise every thing is fine.

"Beautiful flat in noisy construction area."

This is a very new and clean flat that is walkable to Särkänniemi. Great sauna and they put together several helpful videos to help you get acquainted with the property.

LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION. This is not mentioned in the advertisement and should be. we paid top prices for a beautiful flat that is in the middle of a noisy construction area. Also worth mentioning, you will not pay what you see on the front page, taxes and cleaning fees bring up the price significantly. Only hand soap and coffee was available, bring your own supplies for everything else. You need to get the key front a restaurant that is not near the flat, but it is close to the train station.
