바뀐 문번호를 알려주어서 몇시간을 밖에서 기다리게 했어요. 개인적인 생각으로 위치가 매우 좋지않았어요-택시(그렙)기사가 한번에 집으러 데려다 준적이 없어요. 매번 길을 찾아 헤맸어요. 아주 불편했어요. 주인의 생각이 이상해요. 도어록이 고장났는데 수리비를 고객에게 지불하게 했어요. 도어록은 당연히 주인이 관리를 해야하는 부분이잖아요.

It has kitchen and can accommodate big family.

Bathroom is unsanitary, bed headrest is dusty.. Faucet in the sink bathroom is broken. Bath towels and blankets are very very old.

The price point is acceptable with how the place was when we arrived. So not much expectations. They should update the photos because it's not at par with how the place actually is. Not recommended for a staycation but okay if you just need a place to sleep. The place is dusty, there are several items under the bed. Saw lots of insects - Ants, bugs and cockroaches.

No aircon on the first floor. Very small rooms.

The 3rd house was close enough to the street market that we could walk there

They moved us to a different house without telling me! The house they sent us too had construction going on all around it. They moved us to a 3rd house that had hair all over the bathroom the sheets were dirty floors were extremely dirty and there were dead cockroaches in the main living area. They said I agreed to the change of housing but I never got an email that they had moved us from the original booking until after we communicated with them that someone was still in the house that I had booked originally and then they sent an email stating that they were moving us. Then we moved to the 3rd house they accused us of breaking a mirror at the previous house but it was broken when we got there. Now they are trying to charge us over 2000 pesos for not cleaning up. We left the place cleaner than what it was the only thing we couldn't do was mop the kitchen floors due to no mop. I will NEVER rent from these properties again
