The hot water did not work. The apartment is more or less new, but the quality of the workmanship is poor.They focused more on appearance in the photos than on quality. The mattresses were piled next to each other not suitable for five people for this price. The staff did not really try to help. It is a big problem that there is never anyone on site; even getting into the apartment was difficult. At least 8-10 keys on the chain. But the lack of hot water was the worst issue. They tried to solve the problem over the phone. Some of them did not really want to answer the calls. I kept calling them. One person said she did not speak English, she said only german, we tried to manage it in german but her german could be better too in this hospitality, tourism Business. The hot water was still not fixed by the next day. Only at the very end did we finally have hot water, after that I constantly had to go out to the boiler and try to fix it myself in many ways. It is a very serious problem that there is no one nearby who can come and fix things if something breaks. At check in they do not come to help, and they do not come during the stay either if something goes wrong.However, at the very end by check out, someone appears only to check whether we have taken anything or caused damage. This is frustrating, because when real help is needed, no one is available. For this price staff would be needed. Overall, it was a disappointment.

Everything is new, nice interior, well equipped kitchen and beautiful views! We also enjoyed the football and basketball court with the kids :) Our host was very nice to send us a package with the stuff we left in the wardrobe. Thank you for helping us!
