Oven is terrible - very slow - need fan oven Pots left in the dishwasher

The house had everything we needed during our stay. The bed linen and towels were soft and fresh and the beds were really comfortable. Lots of space for clothes etc.. close to amenities and beach. Welcome pack on arrival which was really well received. Lots of books and board games available to use. Well decorated and loved the puffin theme.

TV in living room didn’t seem to work properly but we had taken our fire stick so it didn’t matter to us. Was a slight squeeze in the sofas for a family of 4 and the sofas did sometimes smell of dogs. This isn’t the owners fault as it clearly states dogs not to go on the furniture but people have obviously let them during there stays.

Seaside cottage was perfect for our family holiday. Cosy cottage that was immaculate and we even had a welcome snack selection waiting for us including a bottle of wine. The host was very accommodating with all essentials been at the property for us to enjoy a lovely stay at Filey. We will definitely be returning

blackout curtains in the front bedroom - in summer it is very bright in this room.

Location was fantastic. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equiped. The property is nicely decorated and there's lots of storage.
